Terms of Service

1. Copyright & Ownership The Photographer, An Le Photography, retains the copyright to all images created during the session. The Photographer reserves the right to use the images for their own marketing, portfolio, website, and social media, unless a privacy agreement has been negotiated in writing beforehand. The Client may not sell, license, or sub-license the images to any third party (including magazines, blogs, or stock sites) without written permission from the Photographer.

2. Grant of License (Personal Use Only) Upon final delivery, the Photographer grants the Client a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use the images for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • Permitted: Printing for home/office, sharing on personal social media, creating personal albums/gifts, sharing with friends and family.

  • Not Permitted: Use in marketing, advertising, business websites, contests, or any activity that generates income or commercial benefit.

3. Social Media & Sharing Policy The Client is encouraged to share their images online. To protect the integrity of the artwork, the Client agrees to the following:

  • No Filters/Alterations: You may not apply social media filters (e.g., Instagram filters), crop, or edit the images in any way that alters the original look created by the Photographer.

  • Attribution: When posting on social media, credit to the Photographer (e.g., "Photo by An Le Photography" or tagging @anle_photography) is appreciated.

4. Digital Downloads & Archival

  • Gallery Expiration: The online gallery will remain active for 60 days from delivery. It is the Client's responsibility to download all files to a local device within this timeframe.

  • Backup Responsibility: Once downloaded, the Client is solely responsible for backing up and archiving their images. The Photographer is not responsible for lost, damaged, or corrupted files after the gallery expiration date.

  • Re-Archival Fee: If the Client requests a re-upload of the gallery after it has expired, a fee of $5 will apply, subject to the Photographer still having the files in their archives.
