At An Le Photography, we respect the privacy of our clients and the subjects of our photography. This policy outlines how we handle the storage, downloading, and sharing of digital images hosted in our online galleries.

2. Access and Security

Gallery Access: Online galleries may be public or password-protected, depending on the nature of the event and the client’s request.

Authorized Access: Only clients and authorized guests provided with a direct link (and password, where applicable) may access private galleries.

Data Collection: When you download a photo, our system may log your IP address and email address (if required for login) to track download activity and prevent unauthorized distribution.

3. Social Media Sharing Policy

We love seeing our photos shared! When sharing downloaded images online:

Credit: While not legally required for personal posts, tagging @anle_photography or crediting An Le Photography is greatly appreciated.

Privacy of Others: Please use discretion when sharing group photos. Respect the privacy of other individuals depicted in the images.

4. Privacy & Takedown Requests

We strive to represent all subjects in a respectful and professional manner.

Right to Removal: If you appear in a photograph hosted on our site and wish to have it removed for privacy reasons, please contact us immediately.

Process: Provide the filename (e.g., Image_0123.jpg) and a description of the photo. We will remove the image from public view and/or the gallery download list as soon as reasonably possible.

Our galleries are hosted by Pixieset. Please review their privacy policy to understand how they manage data security and cookies on their platform.
